ASSESSED THE DAMAGE DONE DURING FLOOD
FRANCOIS LOOTS WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO ASSIST WITH THE INSURANCE CLAIM. HE WAS PUNCTUAL, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY AND WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO ASSIST. HE RETURNED CALLS AND KEPT ME UP TO DATE WITH THE DEVELOPMENTS. FRANCOIS LOOTS IS AN ASSET TO THE COMPANY. I WILL DEFINATELY RECOMMEND HIM.
