Account added without my knowledge
Today i checked my credit score and found an Account Added by Telesure. I have never had any account with Telesure or asked for an account to be added for me . Please remove this account as it is affecting my credit score

After some further investigation, i think my car insurance that i took out 3 months ago only update the report recently under a different name which made me confused as i was not aware they trade under the name Telesure. The issue has been resolved, my apologies for the inconvenience
