Accident claim

I was involved in a accident claim number ********** 31 where their client rear ended into my vehicle in front of my work place on 11 jan 2018 i did send all documents required with video footage after assessment as requested by kogiso, submitting my claim against their client their assessors one the monday after accident happened and he informed that my vehicle is a write off as the whole left side and chassis bent out of place then , i have been trying to get a update as to what is happening from kogiso as she is working on my claim and then on the 23 jan did phone in and speak to vusi and informed her that my boot and back door is bent completely and due to the rain on 22 jan during the night rain is getting into the vehicle where she told me i must bend it back , i guess i am the hulk to bend the chassis straight myself , their client caused the accident and i feel i am being treated like a ******** because i cant afford insurance on my vehicle as i was told by vusi that it is my responsibility that make sure it doesnt get damaged any further , i need this sorted out at it is your client that inconvienced me not the the other way around , all i want is answer
