Accident claim.
Well my wife was in an accident on 2021/04/09 and we are still waiting for updates and for our claim to be payed out as we are paying now for a vehicle that we don't even have.
This is unacceptable for us as the accident wasn't even my wife's fault as the the driver that drove in the her were wrong and did not even see her.
