3rd party claim-Bad service

Well where do I start?
In Sept 2015 a client of Telesure drove into me. the next day we both went to the police station to write the accident report and sign. I was assured that the insurance would handle the matter.
In December I called Telesure to find out the status, They say they are waiting on documentation from their client. Te next week I receive a liability release form for R3000 less than the lowest quote I got for repairing the damage.
I have since called Telesure multiple times trying to find out why the amount is so low, I eventually find out that it is because the description given by their client was vastly abbreviated and failed to describe some key aspects and thus Telesure assigned some of the responsibility to me. But the description of the accident by me and the client to which we both agreed to in the police accident report was very different, where the client agreed she was 100% responsible for the accident.
I have since requested Telesure to find the police accident report, but this will take up to 3 months to collect from Goodwood!!!
I'm sorry but its been 5 months and I am no closer to getting my vehicle repaired!
Get your act together Telesure!!!
