3rd party claim

I did a 3rx party claim with the above mentioned company, I was given a offer to accept which was based on images of the cars, the car was not even sent for an assessment, upon viewing the offer I had to take my car for an assessment and pay for the quote, after submitting the quote I was told it will take 36hrs for them to get back to me, to date no1 has contacted me. I call everyday just to be told we will call you when we have feedback,its now over 120 hrs stil no call back.
