3rd party claim

Met in an accident on the 04/11/2015. Tried to call this company for feedback as to what is happening with my car and what the assessor has says being with out a vehicle since then to now and still no feedback every time i speak to someone in legal i'm told that i will get a call back and no such call is received . i spoke to Keitumso from legal on Friday who informs me claim was captured incorrectly she needed to rectify with claims and she promise she will call back and none since now... Absolutely disgusted with the service i have received so far
