2 weeks no response and bad attitude

I took my vehicle for assessment on the 29th. since the assessment was done I could no longer close my bonnet an therefore not drive my car anymore. That Friday I mailed the responsible agent to get the rental activated in my policy as I could not afford to be without transport for longer. It took the agent so long to even read the mail (3 working days! )that I have subsequently had to get help from another agent via the call center to get the rental activated. Despite this the agent has had a bad attitude. Its now 2 weeks later since I have gone to the assessor and have only received generic updates. I had to in the mean time send proof of my previous insurance(which I did)?!

So in the past two weeks all I could see that telesure has done is to looks for reasons not to fix my car as opposed to assisting someone who has been with them for 5 years? This is fastly becoming a absolute JOKE!
As it stands, according to my calculation, including the repair times I will be lucky if it takes 4 weeks for my car to get repaired in which wasn't even that big a accident?

In what is my first road accident since I have had my license Virgin has horribly worsened the experience thousand fold
