<p>I had a maintenance company. Did work for these people. Quote was accepted. I spent my savings to but the stock while i waited for the deposit to be paid. Then the owner changed the quotation and refused to pay the balance. I am still waiting to recieve the outstanding amount. I cannot afford a lawyer. What to do?</p> <p> </p>
