Request for assistance to get my money back.

I was contacted by this company and informed me that they can remove me from debt view and enroll me into debt mediation. They told me that it's cheaper to be on debt mediation. I was interested and started with the process. They made me to sign a debicheck of R1100 for debt review removal to be deducted for 6 months and R4200 was for their initial payment to start with debt mediation process. The first debit orders were in October 2023. Second debit orders were in November 2023. When I asked for documentation and the progress of the process , I was never sent those. They kept promising to do so, provided them with email address but to no avail. I then contacted my bank to have those debit orders reversed but failed as they said they were debichecked meaning that I consented to that. I humble request you to please assist me once again as you did when I was struggling to get my money back from my bank.
