Money back

I phoned the company and they said they are gonna help me with cancellation of debt review and judgement removal.I authorized them to debit on my account an amount of R3450. They deducted the money and where not able to help me so I cancelled the the process with them and demanded to get a refund as the have not done anything for me. They refuse to payback the money. Please help me
