BAD SERVICE

I was placed into debt mediation by this company that I knew nothing of and never signed or made arrangements with them. DMC sent me correspondence between them and TELEPRO, I have been struggling to get help from them and one consultant from TELEPRO ASEZA has been rude with no willingness to help. All the time when I call I have to wait until my call is dropped off. HOW come are my stuff being with the company that does not take accountability and ***** has been done with my details. Can someone from TELEPRO sort this mess under my name. ***** has been done and they need to sort me out
