Bad Customer service

They have bad customers service I asked the company to help me remove my name from debt review and I asked the agent who was helping me to start the debt order in November but in October they started taking my money this month nothing has been send to me to read no documents I received from the company when I try to query they keep on telling the supervisor is off the will forward my query to the management since now a the one who have to call them and ask them about my query and I want my money because the agent who was helping by the name of Anelisa the what's app number that she give me is not working any more and the lady who is helping is not helping at all and I send them the prof that I did ask Anelisa to make sure that they start taking money in November. And now when I ask them why the start taking money from my account because the are no documents that I received from the company. The service is bad I ask people not to use the company to help them with debit review and debit cancelation.
