Poor service and unprofessional communication
I had a poor service experience with Telepride Consultants in Woodstock. Communication was unprofessional and commitments made were not honoured. I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

Horrible, ***sty service
I called to query my 76 year old mother's account. I spoke to a lady by the name Sinazo. The most horrifying experience one would ever get. We fought!!! Because I asked who I was speaking to, her name!! She only said it after the 3rd or 4th time asking. And when she went as far as threatening to drop the call. I've had bad customer service experience, but this was Horrifying stuff. I called twice after, and got through to individuals who I did not bother to get names from as they all seemed uninterested in taking the calls, and I dropped. I don't even think the company has QA, surely. People would not conduct themselves this way if they knew that they would be assessed and incentivised based on their calls and service.
