WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR

I'm an employee of Teleperformance and it is the worst contact centre to work for, especially the campaign they've got at The Boulevard. Each day you walk into a toxic environment where managers misuse their titles and mistreat agents. There is no structure and operational managers are nonchalant about the low morale. Managers are easily bribed, may it be ***ual offers or lunch - they are easily bought over. There's 30 minute lunches, even when we are shifted to work 10 hours a day. They would rather have you die at work then treat you like a human. I would love to name and shame every manager who does not deserve their job but unfortunately, I do not want to face a defamation of character case.
