Unprofessional Recruitment service

Good afternoon, My name is Daniella Mayala. I am writing this because I am very disappointing with the experience I just had with teleperformance a few minutes ago. I app**** on indeed and provided all my information on my cv and the questions asked when applying and my cv specifically shows that I am not a south African citizen and I had no clue that teleperformance only takes non south African citizens and makes sure that the non sa only get the french campaigns I received a call from cheslyn September yesterday and we had a talk over the call regarding my call center experience and he even said that he knew my manager. He then invited me for an interview today at 12pm now during the interview I get pulled out alone from the rest and being told that I will be called once the french campaign is recruiting. I answered that I app**** for night shift English campaign and then only they told me that they don't take non sa citizens on the other campaigns I then asked why are they telling this to me now after I spent lots just to make it on time and nikkiters reply was "I don't know" which was really disappointing after the sacrifices I made today just to be here. I have a lot of experience in call center as a support agent,2ic,manger, email agent,cold caller,sales agent to customer service representative and never have I been to an interview that is so unprofessional.
