Terrible work experience

So I worked at this company for almost a year during the covid pandemic. I had to stay home for 2 weeks, as advised by the company, because I was in contact with someone that tested positive.

I was advised that paperwork would be filed so that my isolation time would not affect my salary seeing as this was really tough times especially finances wise. Needless to say they deducted half of salary, paid me a whole week later than the regular pay date which then lead me to having a disciplinary hearing. I've never been more mistreated at any other company. My incentives, shift allowance and performance bonus was never paid out since I started working there, and management is just relentless.
