Teleperformance--disgusting management

This company does not care about their employees whatsoever. As of the beginning of lockdown they have never sanitized the sites so that when agents do come into work then their stations are clean and ready to use. They do not make sure that all agents wear masks at all times. When there were 90+ agents that tested positive across the two sites they once again did not close down to sanitize the buildings. They add additional hours to schedules but refuse to pay the agents for the hours worked even though its the company that owes the campaign money. Lastly, while working there I had to stay home to isolate for +- 2 weeks, the company then held back my salary until I could come in to work even though instructed me to stay home, once I returned to work with all my documentation they sent me to a disciplinary hearing which lead to me being dismissed.

I would have never needed to stay home if they followed the covid 19 protocols and just kept clean, and even after doing what they told me to do I still lost my job during the toughest time to get a new one.
