Teleperfomance - home of trash management

I've been working for the company for 11 months and after about 5 months, doctors told me I was unable to have kids and then I fell pregnant but sadly ending off 6 months of my pregnancy I gave normal birth to a still born baby girl, R.I.P little angel.

I don't qualify for mertinity or compassionate leave and I'm being told that I won't be getting my full salary because our little girl wasn't breathing when she was born.

This company is trash and for people looking for a job to make a home, I would never refer you to this place because they will not ever consider you, they good at making excuses and management is poor but this won't end here, we wont stop until we get justice for our little girl.

One great thanks is to my manager who put his job at risk to rush me to safety and he supported me all the way. Teleperfomance doesn't deserve a manager like him, he almost got a warning for rushing me to hospital the day we lost our baby.
