Provident fund delay

To recap, I began my employment with Teleperformance ZA in October 2022 and resigned in April 2024. Following my resignation, I received the necessary documentation from Teleperformance to initiate the withdrawal of my Provident Fund. I promptly sent my first email response with the required documents in June 2024. Since then, I have repeatedly comp**** with requests to resend the same document, which I have now submitted a total of three times. Despite this, the process remains unresolved. Most recently, in August 2024, I was asked yet again to resend the very document that is clearly visible in the email thread. This ongoing situation is causing significant frustration and concern.
