Provident fund complaint

I resigned in October 2022, only got sent my provident fund docs in November 2022. Filled in the provident fund papers and everytime someone different emails me to say i didnt sign a particular page. I eventually re-did the claim. Sent it in December and I have email ever since then but got absolutely no response, besides someones out of office say, "hi am out of office"....just shows the level of unprofessionalism at this company. I email each and every day and nobody bothers to respond. I checked the timescale for pay out on the Liberty website, it stated 15 working days but Teleperformance confirmed 6-8 weeks, for what? for any delays or for you not sending the documents at all. I want my documents ASAP so i can send it off MYSELF. Such a big BPO, always recruiting but your WORK ETHICS AND PRFESSIONALISM STINKS.
