Prejudiced recruitment & poor professionalism

I received a call around the 12th if September 2020 with a possible job offer which i was advised needed urgent placement. Naturally i did a telephonic interview which i passed and was then asked to come in for an assessment about 2 days later. Naturally i also passed that assessment and the recruiting consultant advised us we would be called over the next week or twoo for face to face interviews with management then commence paid training and soon after resume normal duty. 2 days later i emailed my proof of previous employment then two weeks passed by and no one called or even bothered to reply my emails. I decided then i wouldnt send another email due to lack of professionalism from those two recruiting consultants. I decided i would do a walk in a speak face to face with HR regards their processes and vacancy i had been called about.

On arrival i met with an HR lady who declined to speak in private over this issue. I had to have the entire conversation in the reception area with onlookers and passerbys. Secondly she refused to take a seat next to me and rather stood over me then entire conversation. Again showing lack of professionalism and disrespect. After completing my query she then took down my details and said she would follow up with the two recruiting consultants and call me later that day or latest the next friday. By this time it was about mid October 2020. Come monday morning no plone call came through, instead a short email saying the campaign i was placed on had not started i should keep an eye on my email box. This is the service i received from an HR lady. As we speak today all the CSC consultants i assessed with are now working at this company today the 10th November 2020. My opportunity was ****** and ****** by these 3 ladies and i feel they are somehow prejudiced against black africas due to how they treated me and vast of their employees are of coloured race. What happened to treating people fairly and giving equal opportunities as your company professes because i certainly didnt get any fair treatment nor equal opportunity. 3 month later theres no positive action towards me and still without employment in this covid sticken times.
