Poor Payroll SLA from a well-known BPO

I'm disappointed with TP Payroll Department, as I have send 3 times a document that needed to completed for the Department of Labour. Nobody bothered to send the document back as I wanted to submit it yesterday, the 8th of December 2022. Checked my email and still no document. My CCMS number was ***. The document was send on the 7th and 8th December 2022 from my email address.

Can this be completed before 1pm today, as I am on my way to the Department of Labour in Goodwood.
