No transparency/No Fairness at all

I've worked for this company for over a year now and I feel like Teleperformance SA does not take they employees seriously or even acknowledges the needs brought to they attention. I can boldly say that there's no transparency between employees and the employer and it feels like we not appreciated for the hard work.
