I received a facebook reply from Teleperformance social page on the 10th Nov 2020. The feedback was it would be escalated back to the specific Teleperformance branch in Salt River. 10 days later once again NO phone call, No email, No apology or way forward with my application. By the way its the 3rd company in capetown to treat me this way and overlook me without reason. I then had to again ask for feedback on the facebook page when then told me the same thing as the first response and they apologised at least. Hence this update. Mid September 2020 job application it is now end Nov 2020. Lets wait and see... :-(
