Diabolical Customer Service

Good day Teleperformance SA. <br> <br> I need to speak to someone about the UK visas service and the ways of communication that are offered by the company. I went to [URL Removed] then clicked on Feedback & Complaints and then went to other. <br> <br> Other being - None of the above reasons<br> <br> I then received a generic email saying that any email sent re visas would not be answered, it gave a link to refer to. I am not sure why TLS / Teleperformance over a \Contact"link when they do not really want to deal with customers. <br> <br> That defeats the whole object"
