Certificate of service

I'm really disgusted with this place really I am.

I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for a certificate of service for my new job and it seems like teleperformance could not be bothered to even respond to me with when I will be getting one and the saddest part is I cannot start my new work until my new works HR has this document and they couldn't seem to care if I get this or not.

It's not like it's going to take them 3 hours to make one for me, it's not like I'm asking them to build me a spaceship, all I'm asking is for a piece of paper that can take max of 15 minutes of their day to send out to me so I can begin my new job but that's too much for them and it's too much to ask for.
