Bad experience with Teleperformance employees!

My phone is being kept by a guy named Wasfie Isaacs. I do not now why he is keeping it its been 24 hours already. Tried calling the police however I can`t keep track of them because no phone are allowed on the production floor. I want to know where on my contract does it state that he will be taking phones from certain individuals for 72 hours. I am not aware of this on the Teleperformance Contract I signed and I have checked for communications on our notice board but nothing says he has the right to take my phone! I am saying certain individuals because I have 2 people that can witness and say they have experienced this however it wasn`t even kept for 24 hours?!
