Telelink and Capitec/ Mercantile

The telelink rep told me it wil cost R2700 pm to hire the telephone system. And promised me it would be cheaper than Telkom- that was an outright lie from the beginning!! At the end of the contract, the system cost me R7000.00 per month. All they say it is "it is in the contract." The contract ended 31 march 24 (after 60 months where the amount escalates each month with 15%!) they kept on taking the debit order for the system - when I enquired they said I must complete a cancellation letter to terminate the contract - when I spoke to tellelink all they said again it is in the contract- they do not inform their clients!! (this R7000 p.m does not include calls!!! It is just the rental agreement for phones. Be very careful for this company- rather buy the system cash!! Merchantile can send an invoice each month, do a debit order but they can't inform me that the contract has ended and I need to terminate the contract???
