Bad service

This must be the worst company I have ever dealt with. From day one their services has been terrible. Quick to take your money, not so quick to help their customers. Our lease agreement ended with them last month but they still debit our account. I knew last year that this is going to be problem so I started emailing them, checking what I need to do once our lease is done. Their response "Nothing" But now all of a sudden I was supposse to write a cancellation letter??? First of all I am not cancelling anyting my lease is up and we have paid for the goods, secondly why did they not mention that when I asked them several times in the past........... Now of course no one wants to help me and just keeps telling me that I need to talk to someone at SASFIN...... I would not recommend this company to anyone..............unless you would like to be treated terribly.
