Would have rated 0 stars if the option was available!

Claiming to work with Telkom and replacing their lines in our area. According to the Telelink Opticomm salesman, Telkom’s lines wont be available within 3 months time in our area.

Showed us “all costs” and now we are billed almost double then originally discussed. He took our Telkom bill and showed us, look this is what you are paying at Telkom, and this is what you will be paying with us. Turned out to be the opposite.

We asked if the phones are electricity dependent, the salesman answered No. They installed a tiny UPS that lasts 10mins when the power is out. This probably counts as “not power dependent”

Don't waste your time with this company! BAD SERVICE and DISHONEST !!
