Unjustified account ban

I tried logging into telegram on my laptop. I couldn't and then when I went back to my phone I was blocked out and my number was banned. I have absolutely no idea why this happened. I tried reaching out through email on multiple occasions but haven't heard anything for months. I need my account for work messages and is getting extremely annoying. Fix your laptop app and customer support.
