Registration Nightmare

I've been trying to register for ages with no avail. First time I was banned even if it was my first time registering and I left it. Now again using the same number, I don't get OTPs and the only way to try again is to use a different cellphone number. We'll, I don't want to use any other number. What kind of app is this?
