Poor service

For weeks now my work phone has been banned on telegram, I use telegram to communicate with my clients but somehow my number has been banned. I have sent Atleast 3 or 4 emails regarding this and asking for assistance but I just get feedback or assistance. Really poor service from a company like telegram to their customers
