PATHETIC SUPPORT

There no support whatsoever! Elderly lady's number banned for no reason - no explanation - and no matter how many emails, DM tweets or logs on the support page get sent, there's just no response. The poor woman has no other form of communication as her mobile is too old for Whatsapp and she cant afford and new one. NOW, she has reverted to sms - but that is also costly for her. PATHETIC SUPPORT, even if it is volunteers - its been 11 days now.
