A hotbed for ****mers with no tech support

I wasn't even using Telegram but it was used to hack my contact list and impersonate me on Whatsapp. I reported it the moment I realized what happened, but got zero feedback from Telegram. There seems to be no way to recover my account, it keeps sending codes to my "other device" instead of to my own legitimate number, and I don't own another device.
