Online flower order - not what was ordered

Imagine my dissapointment, I live in Ireland and organised flowers for my sister for her 50th birthday to be delivered. I specifically chose a bouquet with balloon for delivery. She was in hospital and was discharged the day before her birthday. When the flowers arrived my brother sent a photo of the flowers... well... they looked like a bunch of flowers purchased from supermarket with a balloon stuck in them... the wrong sentiment on the balloon. They knew from the messaged that it was her birthday, but the balloon says 'congratulations... Super... Hooray, Alright, etc. I made contact with them, they asked for a photo and then dead silence! No response, nothing. It's a disgrace.
