This company uses questionable marketing tactics

BEWARE OF TELEDIALKOMS 2023 This is a *****ulent company ****ming people into believing they have received a free listing in the phone book. When they send you a one-page contract to confirm that your details are correct, the print stating the payment portion is illegible and so small that it cannot be read without a magnifying glass.

This document indicates that you need to pay them a sum of R12,000 for this "free" service they are offering.

This practice is against the Consumer Protection Act, as it constitutes unfair and dishonest marketing due to a failure to verbally disclose information during telemarketing. I only became aware of this nearly a month later when I received a call and an invoice, of which I was completely unaware until now.

Urgent action must be taken to address this situation and consider shutting them down.
