Good day,

I have fallen victim of the call, and they have informed me that this was merely for updating of information on Telkom's side. While speaking with them on the phone I completed the form, to "update our company details" and then received an R12 000 invoice. After receiving a call from them directly after the invoice, I was told that if I do not pay I will be handed over to Debt collectors.

I have neglected to read the t & c's as I was on the phone with them while signing. What are your suggestion, should I pay, as I am bound by the document signed, or are they such big ****mers that nothing will come form this?
