Horrible Customer Service

They kept calling our rooms to fill in the form stipulating that everything was free,they then send us an invoice of r12000 ....always read the fine print,the manager that I spoke to was an Indian guy who was also so rude,must have been the owner/mastermind behind the whole thing,as he was answering me like he deals with this on a daily basis with unsuspecting people
