a lady phoned twice a day telling us to fill in the form it is only an update for our details for telkom. never said it is for advertising. few weeks later we receive an invoice of R10788 to pay for advertising. so i phoned an explained that we didn't aggree to that. they just keep saying that we signed that contract. that contract is in small print on the bottom, and never clear to read what it says. this is under false pretences that they get money out of you, we even got a debt collector email that we now must pay R12022. this is not fair. they ******** everyone. what are we able to do about this.
