TELEDIALKOM, REAL OR **** COMPANY? DON'T FALL FOR THEIR ****

I see there are a few posts regarding the above company. We have also been ****med by them. People need to be aware. The called our offices after sending us a form to complete to "update our information in the Telkom Telephone Directory" We did not respond at first and a lady by the name of Ziyanda kept calling our offices asking us to please complete the information as they need this information urgently. Alarm bells should have gone off then. After submitting the form, they sent us an invoice. When we tried to call back there was no answer. We then sent them an e-mail on the same day 29 June 2020, that we dispute their claim as we were mislead and their consultant did not disclose if we fill the form in we would be charged as this was in fact for advertising. There was no response till a few days ago when we received a letter of demand. We have tried to reach their offices unsuccessfully and I sent through a dispute e-mail and fax on the information they provided on the 9th of July 2020. I called their offices again today and Vanessa Booysens whose name is on the contact information for accounts was no help at all. They say they work for Telkom and their information looks legit, but when you call them there is no Telkom involved. I just want to warn you do not pay the money over! This is definetly ********** and a ****. Just wish I had done more research before handing over our information that way.
