Teledialcom ******** Companies to sign 12months agreements with fees payable

This company tried to trick us to sign a online advertising agreement. Where contact and advised they wanted us to update our details. Luckily I asked them to send through what they wanted us to update. Then in very very small letters on the form received it stated they want us to sign a 12 month contract with them and there will be amount payable in 30days on signing of the agreement, failed to do so will incur legal costs etc. See below that was printed in fine writing on the form: C2. Authorized Signatory, I the undersigned, declares, agrees and confirms that: I am authorizing you to list our company’s/ies’ details on your website in a category called “Bold Listing” which entitles me/us to a 4 line listing on your website. I agree and accept the information provided above is correct and can be used as my final proof. I accept the product provided is (online advertising only) and I am aware Teledialkom Pty Ltd is an independent online advertising company who is not affiliated to Telkom or Trudon. I am aware this is a 12-month contract and will renew yearly unless cancelled in writing and acknowledged by Teledialkom Pty Ltd in writing. Advertising is to be carried out for the abovementioned company as per the details provided above. I am aware the total amount payable on your invoice is ten thousand seven hundred and eighty eight rand only (R10788.00). I am aware this contact is not subject to cancellation. Should I request cancellation within five working days of the agreement signed I am aware the cancellation fee will be fifty percent on the total cost of the full value of the contract for cost incurred in processing the initial processing . Delayed payments will incur penalty fees after 30 days and will be handed over for legal collection including legal costs on an attorney and client scale. I hereby indemnify all parties that may act on the information provided and against any claims that may result from its use. I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions on this contract. I am aware of the total amount payable immediately on invoice in an amount of ten thousand seven hundred and eighty eight rand only. I am duly authorized to sign on behalf of the company whose details appear in paragraph (A2) above and bind myself as surety and co principal debtor with the entity described in paragraph (A1) above for all payments due to Teledialkom Pty Ltd. I declare all information provided by me on this contract is true and correct. This is the whole agreement concluded between the parties and no variation, amendment, alteration, modification, indulgence, waiver of any provision of this agreement, cancellation of this agreement will be of no force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by the parties. Please be very careful of this company.
