I was contacted by an agent named Sizwe from Teledialcom. He kept calling and insisted that we update our business contact details. I asked him numerous times if there were any fees involved and he said no. It's free. No fees involved. He emailed a one page document which we signed. Soon afterwards I was receiving calls from this company stating that I need to pay around R10700 which we weren't aware of. I then looked at the document which we signed and the fine print is so *******ly small that you can't even read it. Now I have their collections department calling and telling me that if I don't pay I will be handed over and will be blacklisted. This company is a **** and **********. They need to be dealt with for *****. They are ******** and **********. How can we pay for something that we were mislead into?
