LAFLAR DEBT COLLECTION AGENTS ARE HARASSING CONSUMERS FOR *******Y!!!!!

I was called to complete a one page document with fine print that I could not read. I asked what the cost was upfront and they said it was free. I asked what it was for and they told me it's to update the telephone directory. 3 months later they are now harassing me to pay R10,788.00. DO NOT PAY A CENT!!! They are ********s. As consumers it is our right to know what costs are upfront it HAS TO BE disclosed to us as per Consumer Protection Act No 68 of 2008 - 3) Right to Disclose Information.
