False advertising due to ambiguous phone call

This is a company saying they only want to update their system with your details but the form you fill in is a contract, do not fill this in if you are not willing to pay R10800.00 p/m for a subscription. False advertising and the wrong impression given over the phone when they call you because you don`t fill in their form.
