Blatant Bullying by TeleDialCom and ITC Summons

I work for a Dr's practice that's been plagued by calls, threats and emails regarding almost R14 000.00, for over a year now. We've reported them to *** in September 2021, but it seems these people are above the law... How can they get away with this!?!?
