Being Bul**** by Teledialkom and ITC Summons

I have been receiving calls from this company who actually goes by TeledialKom however using all sorts of emails requesting payment for something we were told was only a company details update. Now they say we owe them R10000 some change. I have advised that this document was signed under false pretense and they will not stop. I have seen the reviews on Hello Peter about this company and I don't see why i'm getting calls from ITC now for this and also getting emails from the Sheriff's office to come remove movable property.
