Telkom is very dishonest and getting worse

Just over a year and 4 months ago I took a 2 year wifi data contract with Telkom as the lines kept getting ****** in Mooikloof. 6 months ago I took the router back as it was giving problems. They changed the sim card 3 times since. Finally the router packed up and they took it in for repairs. It was returned as uneconomical to repair and just left me hanging even though it was only halfway through the contract. Even charged me for the non-repair. So I bought a new one, different model, and guess what It was overheating, battery appears to be shot and losing connectivity just what happened to the previous model before it failed. I also realised that if I go back to Telkom I will have the same issue. I have had nothing but trouble with Telkom the last 2 years irrespective of what the issue is.
