Claim

As I send my complain to one life insurance policy they did not respond,so iam not happy because of this my mother was they client and I feel sorry for her not getting excellent service after so many years they deducting old person's money thinking that is covered. They said they can't pay her because she is two months in areas after I consulted them confirming before we send documents really I will not going to forgive them because my mother should have been used her money to pay her debts or buy food.
